Working Hours & Order Dispatch

Orders are processed during our working hours, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 working hours of receiving your order. Orders placed outside working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that dispatch may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as product preparation, high order volumes, courier pickup delays, or other logistical issues.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your delivery location and begin from the date your order is shipped.

These are estimated delivery timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the courier network, destination, weather, holidays, and other logistical factors.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location

• Applicable shipping rates at the time of purchase

Order Tracking

Once your Oorgaa order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation through email and/or WhatsApp with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment through the respective courier service provider's tracking system.

Shipping Across India

Oorgaa currently ships orders within India only.

We do not currently offer international shipping or delivery outside India.
